We are always trying to reduce shipping costs but also want to make sure you get your order safely and as fast as possible.

We use Trans direct to send our packages all around Australia.

For safe secure arrival of your order we recommend you are home to receive your order on arrival of the delivery. Often the drivers can leave items at your front door if your not home.

In Australia Midway Mowers uses tran direct for parcels all over Australia. All items are picked up and shipped to you via one of there preferred carriers within 2-3 days of your order being placed and cleared funds for your purchase have been confirmed via one of our payment methods for items in stock. Occasionally some postcodes or suburbs are not deliverable in this case we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

RETURNS & WARRANTY Policy:

We try to make it easy to shop at the Midway Mower Centre and If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, a return can be arranged, conditions apply.

A 20% re-stocking fee applies for returns and all returns must be pre-authorized by the store manager whether in store or online. Online purchases once authorized must be returned by traceable means and freight into our store for returns must be pre-paid and is the customers responsibility.

Returns must be completed within 14 days of purchasing and must be accompanied by the original sales docket and goods being returned must be in unopened original packaging and fit for re-sale. We offer a full refund of the goods purchased, less the re-stocking fee or alternatively a store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Ultimately the return authorization of any item is at the discretion of the store manager. Manufacturers Warranty conditions apply.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
